The Heritage Foundation of 9/11, a 501(C) 3 non-profit organization, was established in 2002 by a coalition of family support groups created in the aftermath of the tragic events of September 11, 2001.
The Mission of The Heritage Foundation of 9/11 has evolved over the past few years into a two-fold objective:
To maintain awareness of the 9/11/01 tragedies among the current and future young generations of Americans by publishing and producing 9/11 related educational materials for children all over the country; and
To create events to provide survivors of the 9/11 attacks with opportunities to tell their stories to the future generations of Americans.
