The Heritage Foundation of 9/11, a 501c3 non-profit organization, was established in 2001 by a coalition of family support groups created in the aftermath of the tragic events of September 11, 2001. We are commitetted to promoting awareness of September 11th and educating our youth about the heroism that rang through the chaos of 9/11.
A major source of funds for our events comes from silent auctions. Your support in fundraising efforts by donating something for our auctions. In exchange for your generosity, we will recognize your at our events and on this website.
All donations are tax deductible. You will receive a letter with the detailed tax deduction information prior to the event. Please click on the donation link and fill out the attached donor fom with the information about any items you would like to donate.
The Annual ICEtravaganza, hosted by Nancy Kerrigan, is an uplifting two hour skating gala featuring world class skaters, live music, and a skate off between members of the FDNY, NYPD, and the PAPD hockey teams.
In the past years, the events have been held at Madison Square Garden and the Nassau Coliseum. The show hosted many celebrities and elite athletes such as Olympic Medalists, World and National Champions, Sarah Hughes, Emily Hughes, Sasha Cohen, Nancy Kerrigan, Philippe Candeloro, Nicole Bobek, John Zimmerman, Todd Eldredge, Actor Steve Buscemi, Fred Savage along with singers, Ashanti, Jeff Timmons from 98 Degree's, American Idol's Justin Guarini, The Tokens, Miss New York Christina Ellington, and many more!
